I ordered on the site. An unpleasant impression remained, since the measurements were made several times in accordance with the instructions on the site, the size turned out to be standard. In the first week of July, the site claimed that the fit within half the size was at the expense of the manufacturer, but in the second week, the information changed rapidly. They annoyingly call several times, offering to send not to Kiev, but to Khmelnitsky, also negotiating with the master and (this is generally fine) reporting this at the studio ... Not a very customer-oriented service, since shoes bought without a discount offer to stretch for 200 ₴ + shipping at your own expense. Needless to say, stretching by a professional in the nearest workshop, carried out in accordance with all the rules for operating shoes, will be many times faster and easier for everyone and even, sorry, cheaper. Is this the essence of the "studio", if you measure exactly as they said, and then pay extra for a stretch?
