I called 10 times today around 13.15. When I asked if somebody spoke English the receptionist hung up on me each of the 10 times, pretending she could not hear me, or typing in random buttons of the telephone, or putting me on wait and then disconnecting, or just hanging up immediately as soon as I started speaking (English) again. Unbelievable.

They advised the master like Marina, I am still treating your hair! How could you kill your hair by dyeing it one tone? Prior to that, I went to a dessange on Obolon heaven and earth!
