No info on ticket office charge is presented until you buy a ticket.

I bought a ticket on March 5, 2020. The performance was postponed 3 times, but at the same time this performance continued to be on the website and kontramarka.ua was selling tickets for it. Today I wrote to them by mail to find out if there will be a performance this Friday. Confirmed that it will be. And two hours later they wrote that they were postponing, and the new date was unknown. I demanded to return the money to me, as this is the third time I've been breaking my plans. They replied that the money would not be returned, as it was force majeure. What exactly is force majeure? There is no lockdown, no quarantine. After this correspondence, we called their ticket operator, and it turned out that tickets for this Friday for the same performance are on sale. And you can buy them from the site too! And now they are on sale. And all this time (during the year they hung on the site and were sold, only the date was different each time. This already falls under the scam.

I would like to thank Kontramarka from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to have a wonderful evening with talented actors. Thanks to the raffle of tickets on Facebook, I was the happy owner of two tickets to the Officers' House for the play "Only Yours". Good performance, wonderful acting, wonderful mood!
