Normally, normal price for a latte. But the fact that smoking is encouraged is tough! There are ashtrays! Why would normal people sniff these egoists' vomit! Moreover, it is prohibited! So on my next visit to Kirovograd I will definitely leave a complaint with the appropriate service! All the mood is gone!

This is not the first time I have visited the institution, but this time I was unpleasantly surprised. There was absolutely nothing to eat but sweets. There was NOT EVEN black tea! (not to mention fruit, orange punch, etc.)
