I want to leave my review about this salon. It's just a delight! I took a course of anti-cellulite massage with the master Anton. With each new massage, my body became clear, everything was tightened, at the end of the course my volumes decreased so much that jeans of size L became large for me. Thank you very much Anton, you are just a magician! I would also like to note the service in the salon. The administrator and staff are always welcoming. A special amtosphere reigns here. Visited this salon throughout the year. And everything seemed to be fine, but the last two paints are total horror. First, it was cold in the cabin - the chemical reaction just didn't want to happen. Secondly, the penultimate time I came out coppery pink, the last time - yellow, like .... And the root remained practically the same. The main thing is well-chosen lighting in the salon and a lamp for a photo shoot after painting ... It extinguishes everything so .. that the client does not see ANYTHING !!! And then when I wrote to the master, sent a photo of the hair after the 9th day of PAINTING and outlined the problem, they told me: “I don’t know whose root it is at all. What kind of complaints against me? Everything was fine in the chair. Don't like it, don't come more, all the best "!!! Instead of just apologizing and fixing the situation. Although during the dyeing process ... I repeatedly asked ... And I was told that there was no yellowness on the hair! After that, they quickly toned it under a pink color, so that even more so nothing could be seen! But after a couple of days, the pinkie washed off ... Conclusion: the salon absolutely does not value its customers. And to the remark: "That we left 3.000 there for two for a minute", the answer: "Nobody forced you, you saw the price list, so you didn't need to come" ... THAT IS THE RESULT THERE NOBODY PROMISES AND DOESN'T GUARANTEE YOU. Rely on luck! !!! The answer to the owner !!! 1. We bought the care in your salon. 2. The yellow hair color with stripes and islands opened after 1 wash !!! 3. It was necessary to make a test strand! But it wasn't even suggested! 4. I didn’t refuse to repaint, I said that my hair falls out very much, after dyeing, it was dangerous to do it in a week! 5. Thank you! Good luck to you!
