We treat and vaccinate all cats and cats only here. Always attentive and professional attitude. The cage is always clean, cats are very calm, also trust doctors)) I like that the reception is clearly on record, it is always convenient to plan visits. The last cat came to us from Odessa with an old, almost a year old, broken paw - Doctor Lev collected it in pieces, built a complex device, constantly worried about the rehabilitation - now the cat is running with others, although they were morally ready that the paw will fail save. An "anti-good" doctor or a story about how a veterinarian did not even try to examine the dog and show even a small amount of sympathy. At lunchtime on Saturday we turned to the "anti-good doctor" with a request to help our dog, the pet picked up a chicken bone, as a result of which it got stuck in his mouth. Since this was not discovered immediately, he managed to rub his gum a little and was naturally scared, he was not allowed to examine it normally (although by nature the dog is very kind and affectionate). Instead of looking at the dog normally and finding a solution to this problem, the doctor first hinted many times that his working day was over (by the way, it was about three, in the work schedule on the Internet it was indicated until 18 or even 19:00), then repeatedly stressed how bad we raised the dog since it does not want to quietly open the pashch at the first call of the owner, despite the fact that the animal is scared and it hurts. Overbearing his ardent desire to leave the workplace, the doctor issued a verdict that he would not climb to look at the bone, since the dog is not even given to us, therefore the only option for us is anesthesia and bone removal. After listening to the dog (and thanks for that), he said that he has an increased heart rate, the dog is not young, which means he cannot guarantee that it will survive, leaving the decision with us. Wanting to save our dog, not kill, we left the veterinary clinic in search of another doctor. By the way, immediately after that we went to another doctor for 40 years in October, there they immediately examined our faithful friend and, with our help, pulled out the bone with tweezers in 2 minutes. End of the story. I want to say that I write reviews extremely rarely, but in the matter of treating animals, such an attitude is unforgivable. And I hope this review will help some animal save a life.

The impressions from the clinic were not the best. I understand we people have become completely indifferent to each other and kindness is already a rarity, but a doctor is a doctor the more if he takes a lot of money for an appointment. Not the most pleasant place. The staff is extremely unfriendly. An x-ray was urgently needed, the question of the animal's life was. Recorded the next day. Arrived in the same insolent, there was no one in the hall! And in 30 minutes there were no visitors except me. Thank you for accepting the outcome, but there was a feeling that I "asked for it."
