I did balayazh in "Manifesto", they did it very well, the procedure is long, they offered tea and coffee - everything is fine here, BUT ... It was recorded at 13.00, they started painting at almost 14.00 ... And most importantly, they ruined their favorite T-shirt, the whole back was in paint, I saw only at home, I called and I did not hear an apology ... In an institution that values ​​its image, they would offer it as a refund at least some free procedure .. With a score of 5 this is not permissible
