The attitude towards customers is good only when you buy, and when you come with a problem, just find out the address of the service center, they look at it as an enemy of the people and leave the client with the problem himself,

My opinion is about two at once: with the opening of the second store in Lermontov, our favorite consultants were taken away, and it is not very convenient to travel to the city, because we are not on our way. The store, which is not bad on Gagarin, but for 6 years we got used to the guys who are always friendly, attentive, polite and never lie. When you enter the store, they will always pay attention to YOU ​​or they will come up and ask you to wait until the previous customer is served! Agree that you can wait if someone comes up to you and warns you. They are very attentive to children, always pay attention to your child. With the new team, which is on Gagarin, for a year and a half there have never been any conflicts, but ours still goes to the city, though not on the way! I would like to note on the positive side all employees of Eldorado, and especially Dmitry, Edik and the creditor ot Vlad !!! :-)

Please note, they did not return the money to us and they did not offer to change the goods: is something broken? Your problems, and do not care that the laptop is almost 20 thousand and it is several days from the purchase. If they hadn’t found the problem, we would have paid off the money in the service for a NEW laptop. I will not delete the previous review. Let people know what they can get themselves into. 09/28 we bought a laptop. After that there was no time to immediately deal with it, I lay waiting in the wings. Dear, I would buy 4 laptops for 18 thousand pieces so that they needed to be repaired. Well, in addition to the words "address wherever you want, not our problem." I am forced to assure you that YOURS. You sold a defective product that is not only under warranty, but also with an unexpired LEGAL 14 days. The statement to the police will go away, we will understand the bad. If you think that we are clapping our ears and that would not bother, we will score - no.
