I would like to remind the administration of the store in Zhytomyr that there are rules for cleaning fitting rooms and that there should be mats. There is a lot of dust and dirt in the fitting rooms. It is not convenient to measure without a rug at all.

I really want to leave a review! Since today (05/11/20), many boutiques in the Global Mall have opened, subject to the observance of the “mask regime”. But, personally, I came across today with the following ... Adhering to all the rules, at about one in the afternoon, I went into this boutique - RESERVED. Having chosen a couple of things to try on, the seller stopped me (realizing my intentions to try on things) and said that nothing should be measured. I asked how then to buy a thing ...? To which they answered me: “And how do you buy on the Internet? Similarly, by eye! ” Since you are not ready to accept customers, why open ???? Work on online sales platforms !!!! It’s not even about maintenance - I’ll serve myself! I could understand if this was an extra precautionary measure for the transmission of infectious bacteria .... But! What was my surprise, after an hour people measured things right in the hall .... the queue in the fitting room was big .... And what was that??? I believe rudeness! I was very angry! She didn’t begin to sort things out ... she was very tired, but she asked the other seller this question ... But since he did not hear this dialogue referred to the busy fitting rooms)))

I have been buying Reserved clothes for a long time. Started in Kiev in 2012, now I live in Zhitomir, I buy at the Global Shopping Center. Good value for money. Large selection during the sales period. Service is ok. There has never been rudeness, they always answer questions without too much obsession.
