The Swan Polish cemetery, located on the northwestern outskirts of the village Lebedivka (until 1961 - Sloboda Chernetska) on the left side of the street Vishneva (formerly Soviet). On the territory of the cemetery there are about 500 burials of predominantly local Poles from Lebedivka and around the villages. The cemetery is open, not regulated by any local institution. It is located predominantly in an abandoned state. About 100 burials are covered with shrubs, need to be streamlined. The first burials on the Swan Polish cemetery date back to the beginning of the 19th century. Then in Lebediv there was a local Roman Catholic parish. There is a mention that in 1880 Sloboda Chernitskaya had a branch of the Catholic parish priest. Only the Poles were buried at this cemetery, at the time of Soviet times, they buried the deceased other nationalities. Surnames on the tombstones buried in the Swan Polish cemetery, mainly of Polish descent: Karlinski, Malinovsky, Nedzelsky, Tsal-Tsalko, others. In particular, relatives of Raphael Malinovsky, Ukrainian choreographer, choreographer, folk artist of Ukraine were buried in the cemetery (1993).
