I recommend Studio Bodylux-Fitness. Coaches Valentina Namyatova and Alenka and give them 5 stars for their professionalism, it’s interesting, fun with them, each lesson has new exercises, full consultation on nutrition issues, they explain very intelligibly, they give you the opportunity to work out in case of passes if you don’t have a child to whom to leave, you can take it with you, which is important! For 3 months I took shape that I did not have in my youth, for which many thanks to the coaches! They are masters of their craft. Thanks you!
