I caught a cold like a woman, I need warmth, that's why I chose Invitro because it is next to my house. I'd rather overpay (100 UAH, for a minute) than freeze at a bus stop while I wait for a minibus to get to a free laboratory in my hospital. As a result, I still froze terribly on the street, never got tested, and spent one day. There is a separate queue for people who collect the test results. Why can't a third line be made for those who don’t donate blood, but urine or scraping, for example? After all, two girls at the counter just stood when I entered, did not fill out anything, did not write out. This means that the delay is not due to filling out the documents, but in the treatment room. That is, you could take my glass and write down the last name ... The call center cannot be reached either. I twice for 10 minutes listened to all the actions and the phrase "details from the operator", but I could not talk to the operator.

I got through the first time. you do not call directly to the branch in Kr. Rog, rather to Kiev in the call center. so ours have nothing to do with it. took tests, I'm fine.
