An unexpected educational institution for Zhytomyr. On the first floor of the main building there is a permanent exhibition of light painting, on the second floor there is an art exhibition of students and teachers of fine arts, decorative arts and design. There is a small museum hall dedicated to Ivan Ogienko. In the courtyard of the college there are memorial signs of clarinet, saxophone, trumpet and conductor's pulpit. The college is the initiator and organizer of the international festival of instrumental music "Solar Clarinets", the festival of screen arts "Pilgrim", the festival-competition in "Easter Bells", the small Zhytomyr literary forum "Book Feast" Sunny Word ", etc.

The teachers are terrible, they don’t give the proper education, the bullying from the teachers, Curator O. T. Moroz and the majority of the rest extort money, do not come in pairs, the students of this institution have free labor (a brass band is used to play at the funeral, and the teachers divided among themselves), students are also used as "toasts" on the birthday of the director and his relatives. They employ a godfather, brother, sister, husband, wife, etc. I do not recommend this educational institution, because they will make a vegetable out of your child, they will undermine not only physical health, but also psychological and moral. And also teachers go to work in countries where there is poor sanitation and do not undergo a medical examination, but immediately contact students and can infect your child with diseases.
