I was treated here for many years. To begin with, I was once prescribed the wrong orthodontic treatment. They said to put on a record at 15. I spent a lot of time and money, but I felt that this was not working absolutely. Since the situation was difficult and the age was no longer for the records .. then they began to put braces on me there. Still nothing, but they put them knowing that I have 4 (!) Eights. Coming now to another clinic, doctors twist at the temple - who puts braces on eights? They just needed money for treatment as soon as possible? Apparently yes. Since then from the picture, now it is clear that the eights have become bad and rest against the teeth. I took the braces, I got retainers. The teeth began to wrinkle a little. But I came to tell them about it - they made a fool of me. They said that it was and that I am making it up at all!) The retainers were of terrible quality. They constantly broke, just constantly and out of the blue. Repaired for my own money. Recently I came and asked me to take them off altogether. And, attention, a piece of my tooth was torn off. And they said that it was so. As a result, I went to put a filling in another clinic because this tooth hurt me wildly. I was offered by the clinic "Bilenka Smishka" to re-put retainers, mouth guards, braces again .. and yet again they did not take into account the fact (!!!!) that 4 eights are already going into the teeth. They didn't even say to take a picture. In another clinic, I was told to remove them urgently, otherwise the teeth would be an accordion .. and they said that they should be removed BEFORE the braces. think 300 times before going there. They just hang up the noodles that everything is ok, but people just don't understand anything about it .. not a foot anymore.

For several years I have been using the services of this clinic, I am always satisfied, there are no complaints, the staff is friendly, the prices are adequate.

It is very pleasing that Natalya Viktorovna, the head doctor, is constantly studying and undertaking complex work. As a result, my husband and I are satisfied with the result of the treatment. Prices are not the cheapest in Zhytomyr, but the quality is super. If any nuances arose, everything was done for free.

I am writing this post with great gratitude to the chief physician and the team. My whole family is treated in this dentistry. I want to mention a special approach to children. Kids are happy to visit the dentist. Modern equipment, pleasant atmosphere. I recommend!
