Celebrated in this institution, which is already called "Banquet Hall" child's birthday. In general, the impressions are good except for some "but". there are not very pleasant moments, I ordered a photo area in advance, showed what exactly I want, the administrator Svetlana first offered their banner with a bear, which I refused and said that I want exactly as in the photo, but unfortunately when we got there, the photo area did not correspond to reality at all and the bear was exactly the one I refused! This is despite the fact that we discussed the moments with the administrator and she never said that she would be different! ♀️Of course I paid, but I'm sorry I want to receive what you order! This is despite the fact that they now have a photo zone as a gift, and I paid UAH 950 for the photo zone I didn't order. Also, according to the guests, I didn't like the fact that hot food was served when everyone just started dancing, when I asked to pick them up and bring them later, I was told that now the music is over and everyone sits down. , not an administrator. In general, the only thing I can recommend is to listen more to the wishes of guests, then the rating will be 5/5

Yesterday we celebrated a children's birthday in the art cafe "Family" (now they have changed the concept, and became "Banquet Hall"), which is on Kievskaya, 1 They now have a special program for 10 children -3500 UAH. The program includes a table for the kids (pizza, fries, chop, pancakes with cherries and compote), a candy bar, a photo zone, decorating with balls, an animator (we had Peppa) and a foil disco. We had 5 kids, then they gave us half of the menu) Good impressions, delicious cuisine (though pizza, honestly - not so much 🙄), large portions, beautiful decoration of the hall. I like it. Recommend 😍😍😍😍

I'll start with the fact that I made a big mistake by calculating in advance for the whole banquet. When I decided to give up 1 meal, the head of the institution dropped my money on the card for a few days with my reminders. We were alone, there was music and a children's room, which helped. Convenient location. Everything ... Regarding the kitchen. Some dishes I liked, some did not. The ribs were overdried, pancakes with red fish no, with the meat does not look like a restaurant serving, as the house was twisted, oak twigs. Regarding serving, for example, we ordered meat in French for 10 people with different fillings of 5 pieces, then on one end put one on the other end of the other, in my opinion had to put those and those on one plate, many dishes were served on 1 plate, not convenient for 10 people. Cherry tomatoes cut, although the idea was that they should be on the table whole, on the same they and cherry. And the more that shocked me is greed to the hostess. At giving broke 1 dish, told to return means when we left cafe the hostess promised that next day will transfer means, transferred in 4 days with my constant reminders and no apologies.

Celebrated a birthday here. The menu is varied, original serving, 90% of dishes are very tasty. Not so long ago, they made repairs and updated the design, I liked the interior. An added bonus is that there is a children's area with a variety of toys where children can play.
