I constantly bought things in this store, the price is reasonable and the quality was good. The last thing I bought was two pairs of new jeans. After the first wash, the color was stretched, twisted and washed out as if the jeans were several years old. Look carefully at the length of the leg, some jeans come across different lengths and need to be worn in the studio to alter. Perhaps this is only for me, but already two pairs per release, this will not work.

Recently, the quality of products began to decline (more on that later), and even more so - the quality of service. Went in to get some black pants. At the entrance I noticed a few, went up to the senior seller Tatyana. She showed two options - said they were the last. He asked what about those at the entrance - she answered that they were trousers. I asked what is the difference, in order to understand what suits me best - ignore. Okay, I took the ones I liked and went to try them on. We found the right size, and I asked if it was possible to wear these jeans right away. Looking ahead, here's how she should have answered: "Yes. There is a" clip "on the back of the trousers, and a pin holds it. I will take off the clip, you need to carefully remove the pin and give it to me." As it was: First, the question went: "Are there 2 clips?" - How should I know? I don't even know what it is. They removed this "clip", the seller asked to remove the pin. For me, a pin is the thing with which papers are held together. I know that some superstitious people wear it. Therefore, I did not even immediately understand what's what. I ask: "I don't even know what it is. Where is she?" To which Tatyana exclaims indignantly: "I will not go there!" What? Where to climb? I asked to climb somewhere? He said that he did not ask me to climb somewhere and asked again what / where the pin was, said: "in the pants" - it became clearer, thanks. He left to look for her in the fitting room. But the pin found me on its own - entered the skin when I bent down a bit. Here the cards were folded - she was holding this "clip", nothing to do with superstition. There were also a number of small nuances, but I’ll even omit them - this trash is enough. Now about the quality: 1) In winter, I took a jacket - after 2 weeks it went under the left hand. I thought maybe on the New Year somewhere / someone hooked. I liked the style of the jacket and the pockets, so I just bought the same one. After 3 days, she also dispersed under her left hand ... 2) I recently took jeans. There, too, a few weeks later the seam came loose. It's a pity. Previously, there was a very classy staff - polite, helped with the choice, accurately sized and answered questions. The clothes are of high quality and durable. Now I don't even know what to say.
