I can't help but share my impressions and experiences! I came for a consultation to check my eyesight and choose lenses. When asked "Is there a doctor?" After these words, it would be worthwhile to turn around and leave, but it was already necessary to change the lenses. They checked my eyesight, no one wrote me any conclusions that it was so (after all, now you understood everything, and a week later you forgot), but nevertheless they ordered me 3-month lenses. The price was acceptable, but the eye test was 200 UAH (it's not clear why, let's face it). I waited for the lens for a long time - 2 weeks. They called, came to pick them up, and on this our "communication" with Fielmann optics temporarily ended. 3 months have passed. with a little bit, it's time to change the lenses again. These optics are close to work, I don't have much time to travel around the city, so we met again. I didn't need a doctor's consultation, I just wanted to order the same lenses. She showed the packaging to the seller, all the necessary parameters were written in the same place, and clarified that again I want lenses for 3 months. I was told "How is it, lenses from this manufacturer are only available for 1 month!" Those. either the seller confused something, or the doctor, and I went for 2 months with expired lenses! I reminded that I bought lenses from them, to which they just shrugged my shoulders and said, "You can double-check on the Internet that such lenses are worn no more than a month." You can write for a long time, and about my impressions, and comparing them with other optics, and how eyes can suffer from expired / incorrectly selected lenses, BUT definitely my leg will no longer be there and I do not advise your feet to go there! Health to everyone and good doctors!)

Unclear "office". In times of quarantine and restrictions, all the glasses are in the dust, grab whatever you want, no one wiped the glasses in life, not that during quarantine. Glasses from an unknown manufacturer at Polaroid prices. The counselor left me with them and the holy god. Such institutions are not a pity to close for quarantine

I went to pick up my glasses, the salesman came across me, asking what I had forgotten here when I asked where the doctor was to check his eyesight (what happened to you, I'm in front of you, I'm standing for a walk in a white coat). As long as I live, I have not heard such (boorish attitude). The doctor has no place there, bypass (this almshouse) .....
