Actually , i have to give it high rate due to its competition in Melitopol area . There is so far huge problem for me to find appropriate hotel to have a set of functions guaranteed - cozy, fresh room with clean bathroom, wifi , good breakfast mixed with appropriate location. This one has it all , it is funny hidden in a yard between houses without any signs from the street and small lightbox barely visible above the entry so finding it was a quest:) nevertheless I've actually finally woke up rested, having a 5am run in the centre of Melitopol where it is located and then a nice breakfast - best intro to a good day. There is a sauna inside but maybe would test it next time - this spot probably closes my search for Melitopol hotel for the future. 2 disadvantages though - no cards, cash only and hot water comes from too small boiler which doesnt provide hot water for normal morning shower + teethbrushing and shaving so i had a freezy morning shower but i treat this as cool adventure stuff so actually even enjoyed it.

Nice layout, small but hot steam room. There is a swimming pool, a wardrobe is separated by a door from the main hall. There is only one shower cubicle. The price is good, while buying alcohol in the adjacent bar is not necessary.

All suppers, celebrated the children's birthday 12 years old son. All the children were satisfied. 10 people fit boldly))

Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Prepayment is not required for reservations. Although settled after 22 hours, dinner was offered and made quickly and inexpensively.
