For the third time, family members reject and have to do with them. I did, they gave me a coupon again. But through another window. They clarified that again because of the photo and ... Ta-dams! We took old pictures. Khokhlyatskaya vein))) We need to feed our people))) If it were not for this redneck, the impressions of visiting are GREAT! BTW, I coped with all the troubles, photographing and repeated queues in 18 minutes. This is a record!)

An excellent security guard at the entrance, followed by a young guy, very polite and attentive. The procedure is civil, numbers, a detailed explanation of all stages, employees really go to a meeting in case of problems, the main thing is also to be human, so a positive opinion remained from visiting the visa center. There is certainly a drawback with waiting for a visa, but in principle this is due to the long queue.

I sent the documents by new mail on 13.07.20, representatives of the Zaporozhye Visa Application Center received on 16.07. and silence .... today 11.08. For the third day I have been calling the hotline numbers and listening to music for half an hour, no answer, no greetings, I wrote to e-mail, the same story, the site is tracking a passport, the status is ready, 07.24. a new mail has been transferred to the service, I call the mail hotline, the answer is, there are no items for you !!! And what to do next? Go from Berdyansk to Zaporozhye? Not completely satisfied with the work of the visa center, no responsibility !!! As it turned out, the representative of the visa center did not indicate my phone number in the declaration! The result, a two-week delay and a lack of time for work! (((

No words! Visa (Zaporozhye) !!!!! The documents were sent by Nova Poshta back on August 19, today is September 18 !!!! Silence, no progress, it is unrealistic to call, there is nothing on the tracking site either. I know that none of the visa managers read these reviews. It's just a cry from the heart !!! Disgusting attitude towards people.
