I ordered an online police clearance certificate, chose this service center. While looking for the opening hours, I read the reviews, they say the queues, wait a long time ... Well, maybe I was lucky, came at 14.00, left after 20 minutes, Saturday. Everything is quick and clear, no one pulled the rubber. I was satisfied.

I changed my driver's license. You can sign up for the only one! phone in the Dnipropetrovsk region to which everyone calls. I dialed 2 hours every 20-30 seconds making a call. The time and date are assigned to you by the operator from the call center, which in itself is already a lot of fun. Appointed for 13:00. I came half an hour earlier, and as a result, my comrades from Mreo gave me time between their smoke breaks and receiving bribes (right in the metro parking lot) only at 14:20. For some reason they asked me if I had any certificates and documents (which are not in the list of documents for replacing the driver's license). Did you want to cut the dough or just such pros work? As a result, I paid the fee, took the receipt. I was told to walk for 15 minutes while the new rights were printed. It's been 40 minutes now, and I'm still walking in the sun near the metro. The staff is boorish and rude, communicate exclusively on "you". The cherry on top of the cake of this chaos is a poster advertisement for new service centers, which hangs on the wall proudly announcing that the replacement of driver's licenses at new service centers is done in 30 minutes! Maybe it's just an old-style service center, or maybe this gang of impudent faces needs to be dispersed? Disgusting, slow, boorish staff creating queues and the absence of at least any shops near the entrance! People stand outside for 2-3 hours. They are not allowed to sit inside.

I left a request on the site to exchange the first 2-year rights. 6 working days have passed. The status of the application "in progress" is not clear how long to wait. They are waiting for me to get on the ladies' paws or how .. Although the official website says before! 5 business days.
