I'm shocked after visiting this store .. I went in to buy lip balm, but I didn't find what I needed, and then went to the exit, and a woman closed the way and began without reason to demand that we show my personal belongings and a receipt for the purchase of all goods who were with them, but we did not have a check and this person accused us of theft, threatening to call the police on us. After she called another employee, they both began to say that we are breaking some kind of law and we are obliged to leave all the goods in the cell, on which, by the way, there is an inscription that they are not responsible for safety. After we started calling the hotline, this person started filming us, and after I finished talking with the hotline operator, I just left. I do not recommend visiting this store in general, not only did I lose half an hour of time, got a headache, but also a feeling of shame remained

Visiting different cities of Ukraine, I always choose Watsons, a great choice and prices. But, unfortunately, I could not visit this store in Berdyansk, due to the lack of a mask. I wanted to buy it, but neither in the neighboring stores, nor specifically in your masks were sold. Dear administration, maybe this issue should be resolved? I do not think that I am the only buyer who has had such a situation. How can I follow these rules if there was no such possibility at that time?

Incompetent employees, based on some non-existent laws, do not know the range of their store, they were not allowed out of the store because they had a bag. Disgusting store, I advise you never to go there, save your time and nerves.

Terrible service and boorish staff. They breathe in the back of the head, although they could offer advice.
