There are good doctors in this clinic, for example, Timofeeva Daria Gennadievna. But everything is spoiled by the registry - there are people with soviet thinking. and do not want to adapt to new realities. For them there is no concept of "client", there is only something like a "dog", which is treated accordingly. In general, customer focus is zero.

Specifically, Elizaveta Alexandrovna Veyvan, who treated stage 3 oncology with cough syrups for 3 months, until her mother stopped walking. If your life is dear to you, do not go to this doctor. My family doctor Timofeeva Daria Gennadievna: a very good woman, a wonderful and intelligent specialist. Reception: rudeness and nothing more. I faced such a problem: my family doctor went on vacation. I am applying for a job and I need to see a doctor. I came to the registry with a declaration and explained the situation. Before that, I looked at what other doctors there are. I ask for a coupon, but they give coupons only to "grandmothers-doctors". I have nothing against and respect for old age, but the first time I sat for an hour and a half and would not want to repeat this experience. Despite the fact that the reviews about this doctor made much to be desired. I literally begged the nurse to give me a ticket to another doctor. Moreover, on the recommendation of friends, there are therapists who are highly praised. But no! The receptionist answered: "There are no coupons for other doctors." You will excuse me, of course, but there are more than 7 specialists and each has a record for a year ahead?

Repair is, of course, good, but what kind of final registry is simply beyond words !!! I will not speak for everyone, but to call and make an appointment with the pediatrician is simply unrealistic, without listening to a nasty aunt who resents with an unpleasant voice why they are being called at all, and not directly to the nurse, although our pediatrician told me to make an appointment through the registry.
