I chose this rating because we lived in a beautiful room on the second floor of five people: there are two separate bedrooms and a living room with a large sofa. Everything was as comfortable, warm and cozy as possible. We come here for the New Year holidays for the second year in a row and every time as for the first time. The design of the rooms and the common kitchen is just wow! We hope to get there sometime in the summer

We had a holiday with our family at Villa Lito for the first time. We all really liked it !!! Location not above the road with great views of the bay. Clean, neat, quiet, calm, cozy, at home. It is obvious that the owners did not spare money for houses and their decoration - natural wood, expensive plumbing, tiles, and modern loft style is our favorite !!! The lawn is super - it is very nice to walk barefoot (at 21:00 automatic watering is turned on). There is entertainment for all family members: swings, inflatable trampoline, playground, kayaks, barbecue areas. Everything is well thought out, there is a place for everyone, guests do not interfere with each other. Large free parking. Cool kitchen: enough space, clean nice dishes, everything you need and even more. There are insects and mosquitoes on the base, but the staff regularly and successfully fought them. Huge beach with umbrellas and sunbeds 3 minutes walk from the base. Apparently we were lucky, but for 12 days of rest from 10 to 22 August, many jellyfish were only two days, the rest of the time the clear sea is clear !!! Children are delighted !!! We bought and pushed! Ice cream is sold on the beach, there is a bar where delicious food and super coffee are prepared. There is also a good beer for every taste. Prices are very adequate for the resort. In addition, there is a rope town with two levels of difficulty. Special thanks to the administrator of the base "Villa Summer" Veronica !!!! She is always friendly, keeps everything under control, responds in time to the requests of guests, in a word tries to provide a comfortable stay and she succeeded !!! WELL DONE !!! 👍 Thank you to the owners and staff for the warm welcome !!! I want to continue to develop, to keep the bar high! I definitely advise everyone to rest at the "Villa Summer".

I really liked this place. Cozy, quiet, everything is new and very high quality - bathroom, shower, room decoration - everything is perfect and in general the houses look very stylish. Good area with a bunch of benches and swings, green lawn, water view (but only view, do not swim here). Even mosquitoes are poisoned! But the room has a fumigator - it's so cute and caring. Of the disadvantages - the rear view from the window on the old scoop base with the same buses😣 for me it was a disadvantage that there is only a shared kitchen and no rooms with their own kitchen, it is not very convenient and in the current conditions with a pandemic and scary, and note that the kitchen is very clean, new and comfortable, everything is there. Definitely more pros. I would really like to go back, do something else with jellyfish in that sea 😔

Perfect vacation especially with children. The base is well thought out, it is clear that the owners are confused. Nice, very clean, well-groomed flower beds and lawn. Well thought out kitchen, everything is there, cleaned often. Rooms are spacious, clean, good plumbing, beautiful view, playground, video surveillance throughout the territory, free parking, barbecue area, very beautiful gazebo with sofas, swing benches and wooden chairs around the territory. Well, the most important thing is that they treat you well, which is not typical for Berdyansk. Mosquitoes were a little annoying, although the territory was cultivated with us, but they were too much in the calm. But here, well done, the room has a "raptor" in the socket, ie. try to make the rest as comfortable as possible. We really liked it very much, we will recommend this database to all our friends. And we ourselves are planning to return again))
