Awesomely nice place to stay at. Recommend

Nice new rooms with air conditioning and fridge. Kitchen available downstairs. Professional young female receptionist. But noisy bed, no duvet and the senior receptionist / cleaning lady is rude and incompetent.

Excellent hotel! Brand new, in good repair, beautiful furniture, cozy rooms and grounds. Very polite and helpful staff. Large spacious kitchen with professional equipment and a very large number of dishes. The nearest beach is a couple of minutes. A great option for a comfortable stay! We had a rest with our family and were satisfied. Recommend! Of the minuses - rather weak soundproofing (but so almost everywhere) and a slightly snarling bed.

We rested in Berdyansk and chose a hotel for 4 seasons. A very comfortable hotel. We rested in a suite. The room is large with a nice design. With a large bed, shower, refrigerator, air conditioning. The territory has a barbecue area with tables and a kitchen for cooking. Pleasant and polite attitude of the staff and owners. Thank you for a comfortable stay and a high level of service.

Very cozy and CLEAN hotel! Although not on the first, but on the second line, you forget about it, because the beach is literally 2 minutes. In this hotel everything is like in good 4 * hotels in Europe. The rooms are in good repair and the interior is generally very tastefully furnished. The room has everything you need: a full-fledged refrigerator, flat-screen TV, towels, fine linens, toiletries, a dryer on the balcony, mosquito nets on the windows. Shared kitchen - for those who want to cook their own food or just have a snack and drink tea or coffee, equipped with professional equipment like for a cafe (cutting tables, sinks, dish dryers - all made of stainless steel !!!) There is a cooler with drinking water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In general, I would put 5+ !!! We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone who appreciates cleanliness and comfort!
