We rest here for the third time. Since 2017, almost nothing has changed for the worse (except for prices, of course). That's why we - a family with children - choose this hotel again and again. Strongly attracted by the proximity to the sea, the size of the hotel, and because of that - a small number of people and it is quite quiet. Rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning and refrigerator. The kettle and hair dryer must be requested at the reception or taken away. Private beach is cleaned every morning. Sun loungers and beach towels are free for hotel guests. Other vacationers come to the beach, but still the beach is sparsely populated. There is a canopy from the sun and large beach umbrellas. The hotel has a small pool - connoisseurs splash there. For a small child there is a playground - a slide, a swing, a sandbox. You can eat in the hotel restaurant (prices are close to the capital, but delicious!) Or walk 800m to the center of Kos - and there are cafes for every budget and taste. We are satisfied!

SCAM !!!! Disgusting rudeness was immediately upon settlement. The staff speaks through clenched teeth. Asked to pay extra for 3rd place separately. in a local room !!!! The terminal was removed, asked to pay on the card, they said go looking for an ATM. The hotel is dirty, the water in the pool has a dull greenish look, it didn't get into the room, I can't say. BEWARE of this divorce.

Not a bad mini-hotel. The rooms are a bit scooped, for the money I would like to have fresher furniture. But the room itself is a spacious 2-room with a sea view. There is a veranda for evening gatherings. The pool is frankly for children, small, water to the waist. The playground is a plus. There is an excellent cafe on the territory. Decent price / quality. Umbrellas and sun loungers are free for hotel guests. The beach is small, but there is enough space for a comfortable stay. The parking lot is small, there is often a possibility that someone will block the exit of the car with their own. There are not many people in the hotel, so this is a small problem. The staff are friendly. Cleaning on demand. Walking distance to bazaar, shawarma, shops

Pros: + Well maintained beach and free sun loungers, umbrellas. + Quiet environment. + Swimming pool (but small). + Very tasty food in a cafe, although it takes a long time to cook. + Spacious room, clean, furnishings as in the photo (no better, no worse). + There is a refrigerator (it makes a loud noise, but it works). Minuses: - The hood does not work in the toilet and the boiler stinks. - Seats on the beach are sold not to hotel guests and sometimes they behave defiantly, listen to music loudly. It's scary to leave your belongings with such comrades, and the hotel administration is not responsible for the loss. - Constant smells of soup and other homemade food in the corridors (obviously warmed up by the staff in the microwave). Although, according to hotel rules, use of a microwave and multicooker is prohibited. Our request to warm up food from the restaurant was refused. I had to eat cold ( - An old air conditioner. Py. Sy. The fish was not dried.

Nice, solid place for a family vacation. The location is right on the beach, sea views, all the amenities are there. For visitors there is parking and free tents / umbrellas with sun loungers. There is a small playground and a good Cafe: dishes at a very budget price, quite tasty and varied cuisine, everything is always fresh. The staff is polite. Rooms are small but there is enough space. Of the minuses - the price per room is very high. The rooms are initially clean, but there is no constant cleaning, they are cleaned only on demand, and as a rule, not on the same day when you ask, you had to take out the garbage yourself into smelly bins 3 times a week of rest, which darkens the overall impression. Breakfast is not included in the price, beach towels are not included, the bathroom often smells unpleasant, the state of repair is tired, there is rust on the metal door handles and external air conditioners, which spoils the view. The pool is small, larger for children and for some reason with very muddy water. If you fix all the shortcomings above, you can put 5k.
