Good place,good music,good bar and good go-go dance

though being far from the best restaurants you may find in Kiev, odessa or Lviv, Pelican remains one of the best in the area with modern menu having both western and some ukrainian food. one shouldnt count for sea view at night, there is some distance to the water. most likely you wont hear any nature because of music.
