We earned a solid four for the service and delicious inexpensive food, especially the borscht. The interior is a soviet dining room, albeit in a Hutsul style (it's inside), and a deaf scoop outside. We have always avoided this cafe, we have been resting there for more than a year, and this year we decided to stop by just for the sake of interest, and I honestly did not regret it. We liked.
