Okay, from time to time I read (I dare to even name it - this is my hobby). Last summer I opened a card (or whatever it's called) in the library, and I tried and took books. For that card I have depreciated a deposit of 50 UAH + - (I do not remember). But the summer was over, I went to study and forgot about that library. And here begins the most interesting thing, my younger brother, I also wanted to read, went to the library, I chose the book, he was asked the name well, and he answered (let's not blame him, he still little tai nobody told him anything). And here in the first strangeness everyone had a drummer that the signature was different and that he does not look at 19 at all (if someone did not understand then wrote it on my card). The clear business he did not give away the book, forgot, did not want to, honestly, I do not know the reason. But the thing is not tired, the penalty grew and everyone was all the same. The card (the mobile phone, too many cards) was changed so I could not reach but I still had a mail (people of the 21st century, well, they know what an electronic mail is, because I inserted it?!). When the fate of the case happened so I had to use the old card (they called) the allelui (after 4 days to you know). Also, by chance I was in colomia, well, I went to take a look at what happened when I came to visit me and in almost every sentence I heard MONEY. Less than what is most interesting, is that on the second day came to instruct a book (and of course I myself often bought books, but not all books liked me). Therefore, he decided to run several libraries (2 books). After studying the book and donating +2, they asked for a refund of UAH 20. Penny was 30, I left the pledge 50. 50-30 = 20 but there they made round eyes saying that nothing is written and they do not know.
