Ribas Karpaty Hotel

Good place and new rooms. Too bad that they were inviting guests in unfinished hotel. No spa in Hotel (they promised to launch it every day but didn’t finish spa in a week while I have been there. Gave a Voda club 3 hours a day instead. Not bad but you need to spend extra 40 minutes to get there and back everyday). No hot water (just warm water that disappear once in the evening). Heaters are cold. Expected more for the money.

Great hotel. We were practically the first guests. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. The rooms are very nice. You sleep on the bed like a baby. In the morning for breakfast they made a cool surprise for their birthday, they brought a cake! The hotel restaurant has a delicious breakfast. Cool interior. Recommend.

Nice new hotel. Close to the ski lift, which is very convenient if you are skiing or snowboarding. There is a ski rental on the way from the Hotel to the ski lift. I also rested in other hotels of this chain, so I know that the staff is friendly and ready to please the guest, and comments / suggestions will always find a response from the management of the Hotel. I want to leave a review about the rest in Bukovel at the Ribas Karpaty hotel, I really liked the hotel, the rooms are chic, large and light, all wooden furniture is very high quality, the cuisine is delicious, everything is incredibly tasty and the price is very comfortable, the location is right next to the ski lift and equipment rental. We still have pleasant impressions! The staff are friendly and attentive! Thank you !!! ❤️🙏 We definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great rest and tasty meal !!! Have fun!

We decided to celebrate our birthday at the Lis restaurant. We came the day before to book a table, agreed everything, chose a specific table. Reservation for 19.00. Arriving the next day at 19.00 we saw that our table was occupied by another company. Blinking eyes (there are no complaints about her), the waitress offered another free table (from the word slag). Thanks for not going to the bar. Service 0. Birthday, guys! We personally came to agree on everything in a day! Can you imagine what a shock it is for the birthday girl ?!
