Natalia is an amazing hostess and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into this place. Franc hotel is so much more than a place to rest your head. From warm greetings upon arrival, cosy rooms, helpful information, delicious meals, exceptional hospitality, it just feels like you are “home.” I was sad I only had two nights here. Yasinia makes a great home base and Franc hotel is the best accommodation in town. Natalia, thanks from the bottom of my heart, I can’t wait to come back!

Mrs. Natalia is very kind and she offers you all the support that you need. She responds to any question in a very polite and positive way. She is so enthusiastic about tourists and she sure knows how to make you feel welcome for being there. The food is very good and yet different from a day to another. The ambient is so warm and cosy and you just feel like HOME. You get all the privacy that you need, no matter the time. Every room has its own bathroom and also a sweet balcony to have your coffee in the morning, if you're a romantic one. The house is very clean. There's no curfew, unless there are tourists booked. I just felt good and welcome. I can't wait to get back there the next time. I definitely left the house very impressed and pleased. Anyone should try it. You can't regret it! Kind regards, Emanuel.
