Very good. Clean, frendly, good food. english speaking people were around during our stay.

The only advantage of this hotel is the location, which is close to the lifts. When ordering a room we took with food (breakfast and dinner), but the truth is hard to call food. The menu that is available in the restaurant separately is a complete horror. After skiing we decided to eat. And the maximum that the restaurant can offer is 3 dishes. Unfortunately, we chose "Hutsul pizza". They waited for her for 30 minutes and didn't even milk her, because it was impossible to eat. My personal advice if you want to eat then go to the cafe "in the stack". The room is ordinary with a small TV with three channels. Therefore, do not count on the TV. IMPORTANTLY! My neighbor lost the door key. For this he was forced to pay a fine of 900 UAH. And the door leading to your room is interior! Therefore, to pay 900 UAH for a lost key is just a mockery of guests. I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation or meals. I hope the owners of this hotel read the reviews of their customers and pay attention to the cons!

Excellent hotel! Without surcharges and even requests from our side, they settled immediately upon arrival, at 8 am, and checked out at 16. The breakfasts are excellent - in addition to the main course chosen in advance, there is unlimited tea / coffee / uzvar / jam and cookies / sausage and cheese for sandwiches on the tables ... We lived in an attic room on the 4th floor with a beautiful view. It was warm in the room, they even left the window constantly open (this is at -20 on the street), there were no interruptions in water. We will definitely come back again!

I recommend. Cozy, clean, nice interior. There is a weak WIFI signal in the room. There was a bit of bad soundproofing in our room. Friendly staff, everything is told and prompted. Breakfasts and dinners for 4+ out of 5.
