Kazka Karpat

After staying for 5 days in Dragobrat and changing eateries every day Kazka Karpat restaurant is by far the best so far. Andriy Cherniiavka our waiter was just outsdanding, introduced himself, followed service procedure which acknowledged all over the world, food and chef did great job in the kitchen. It's great to enter restaurant and see 80-90% occupancy taken by guests. Kazka Karpat is one of a few spots for my next return to Dragobrat.

We staid at this hotel for three nights. At first sight, on the Internet and when you first see the room, it looks OK. But they built this hotel with absolutely no sound isolation. At night, we could hear how the guy in the room next to us snored, and how the kid in the other room cried at 6am. The worst was that our room was above the restaurant, and on our second night there, they allowed a group of people to have a party until 2am, with loud music and people laughing, screaming, getting drunk... Without sound isolation, it was terrible and we could not sleep until 2am. This of course affected our next day on the slopes... Even though this was against Ukrainian law (they have to close bars by 11pm), the owner did not want to hear anything and did not accept to refund us for that night. Other details about this place: rooms are not cleaned daily, there is no hair dryer in the rooms, in the restaurant portions are small, they do not clean table clothes even when they are dirty, loud music plays all day long on their 'terrasse' ... And people who come to enjoy fresh air and sport, or people with kids, will be delighted to know that the exit from the hotel is through the smoking room, and access to the room where skis are kept is also through the smoking room. Conclusion: avoid this place, unless your goal is to get drunk and smoke with cheap and loud music...

Great place with friendly service, delicious food and a good location. I especially liked the waiter service and food of the hotel, everything you need for a good rest after skiing is available. I advise you to ask the waiter about everything that interests you in the city, you will be amazed and interested. Pleasant neighbors and good mood are guaranteed. But I can't put a higher score because they had sockets through an extension cord in the room - not very good, but because the extractor hood didn't work. Everyone else was happy, a good bed, and even the view from the window was quite pleasing. Let's remember a good rest!

I constantly come here to eat. This is amazing. Such nice people, staff, always sincere, pleasant and simply INCREDIBLY tasty. Bograch - the presentation is top class, as is the taste. If you come with a company, they will lay a wonderful table for you, advise what to choose. And meat is another story. This is the best meat on Dragobrat. It is cooked on a fire and it is incredibly juicy, tasty, delicious. Come - you will never regret ❤️

This is the most horrible hotel I have ever had to rest in !! The prices do not correspond to the prices of the site, the cuisine is terrible, the service is 👎, they can check in whenever they want, and the owner of the hotel is a hamka and a swindler. He is rude and shouts at the hotel guests, promises "golden mountains" on the phone, and in fact when you arrive he says "there was no such thing". When we warned that we would be evicted a day earlier - she kicked us out of the hotel in the middle of the night and did not know the deposit of 2 thousand !!! Do you want to save your nerves and money - bypass this "fairy tale" of the Carpathians by all means !!!!
