A very pleasant hotel! Polite and kind staff! We arrived from night skiing at 2 am and did not stay hungry. It's cool that everything is here for a tourist! But remember that you are visiting and respecting the staff and their rules is the key to a luxurious vacation !! Snow decides everything else!)))

I've been going to Dragobrat since 2012, in large companies. Therefore, I will immediately say that you need to be ready for the local style of service and not wait for the Turkish-Thai "give-and-bring". Here they communicate as with best friends, as with "friends". And in this hotel, well, everything is home-like. The master's mini-dogs and the children of the staff are running along the first floor. The hosts dine at the same time as the guests. If you check in in the morning, then look for the reception desk yourself. But they will populate you immediately if there are rooms (I never waited for a check-in until 13:00). The same applies to check-out, if the room is free until the evening, stay without any additional payments. If you forgot to bring something at the restaurant (for example, a compote after dinner), you just need to remind me. If something doesn't work in the room, tell me and they will fix it. You need to clean the room - again, tell me. You are a guest here, but at the same time a friend, around whom no one will dance too much. The hotel has two buildings - a new one and an old one. We lived in the old. Rooms are well maintained. The cabinets are new and clean, bedding and towels are new. There are refrigerators. The floors are everywhere in the carpet, except for the bathrooms (there are tiles and heating). The rooms are hot, these are the nuances of the heating system. The stairs creak. If you walk in slippers squeak less. In some places, the wooden paneling on the walls has already sprawled, furniture on the floors is also not of the latest release. But we were glad that in general there are these lounge areas with sofas and armchairs on the floors, and you can sit all together, and not on the beds in one of our rooms. This is not the case in all hotels. Food - as elsewhere on Dragobrat, large portions, cereals in the morning and unlimited tea. Everything is fresh. A huge bar in the lower room between the new and the old building, with a fireplace, table football and a winter atmosphere in the evenings. Great hosts. My company increased every three days, and each my "replace the 2-local with a 3-local, and add one more number" was perceived without increasing the amount of prepayment and without problems when checking in. On the second day, a friend's fastener on the board broke, and was replaced at the local box office for a "thank you".

Beautiful hotel with delicious cuisine. There is a seating area and a ski storage room. There is a sauna in the basement of the hotel.
