Not a bad hotel as a dragoon :) There are pros and cons. -Good location for OAS lifts. - Soap, towels, hygiene products are all there. - Normal beds and bedding. - There is Wifi and it's good, but when a lot of people sit in the evening, it works so-so. -The staff is polite and cultured, try to listen to customers. -Normal view from the windows on the Carpathians. -Like like normal drinking tap water :) -The room is warm and there is a battery where you can dry your things. - There is plasma in every room, but I don't understand who comes to the Carpathians to watch our wonderful cable TV on plasma? This is absurd, it would be better to spend this money on something else CONS -Sound insulation, to put it mildly, wants the best, every day I woke up as soon as some movement began in the hotel, you could hear absolutely everything, knocking plates in the kitchen, pouring water in the shower and toilet, people walking overhead. It may not be a problem at all for someone with a good night's sleep, but it's not about me. Well, it seems to me that 70% of hotels in the Carpathians have such a problem. - Food that is included in the price when booking - as a lottery, it may be normal, and perhaps something that you do not want to eat at all. It reminded me of a canteen at school in 2000-2002) We have never seen coffee in the morning, I do not understand what the problem is to serve coffee to people in the morning? This will support your image, a person needs to recharge in the morning for skiing. -The ski storage room is extremely small and is divided into Alpin and Freeride, the benches on which you sit are small and uncomfortable. -There is a sauna, but no mini-pool, or at least an attached bucket of water with which you can rinse yourself - no. The only option is to go outside and jump in a pile of snow, someone might like it -For 4 days of our arrival nobody cleaned number, banally even garbage didn't throw out, it is possible it is necessary to ask administration as if clean my number)

Good day! We decided to have a family vacation in Transcarpathia, we were traveling from afar, so we carefully planned our vacation and chose a place where we would live. We stopped at your establishment and were more than satisfied. I have never met a more pleasant service and was pleasantly impressed. The cost of the rooms is affordable, while the rooms themselves are comfortable, cozy, very clean. The rooms are very large, there is where to roam, especially since our seed is not small. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing, there are lifts nearby, what could be better !? And the food is delicious. My children are picky about food, but everyone ate at your place. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! We will come again!

A place with a really special atmosphere! In my understanding, a quality vacation is delicious food, an excellent natural location, and an inspiring interior. We got all this at the Alpin Hotel, a truly Alpine resort! My husband and I took a 3-seater junior suite - we are satisfied, inside is clean, wonderful aroma of wood, a balcony with a great view, wi-fi. The restaurant has good food, especially the meat dishes. Special thanks for the phyto barrel in the sauna! I would like to note the staff service is at the highest level. The cost is quite adequate for such a full service. I want to come back to you again! ♥

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we are glad that you chose this hotel for our family vacation! Warm, clean and modern rooms, tasty food, even children with great pleasure (you can't force them at home!). Very beautiful view from the balcony, well, it's no secret what a delightful nature in the Carpathians !!! From the amenities: there are lifts and the slopes themselves and rentals nearby, as well as various restaurants and other entertainment. I was pleased that the hotel has a children's room, billiards, table tennis, we also visited the spa with my husband, managed to visit absolutely everything: massage, sauna, vat, phyto barrel! We really liked everything !!!

Everything was better than we expected! Clean and bright rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfasts and dinners. We rested for 5 days in a triple, I personally really like this authentic interior! The visiting card of your hotel is of course the view from the window, those were the most wonderful mornings! I liked the sauna very much, we also wanted to try the vat, but did not have time, although the guys from the next room strongly advised) so we will definitely come back to the vats !! Keep it up - everything was cool, thank you very much for the good impressions of the rest!)
