Villa Elena

Hotel has a spa which is fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They include bath robes so you can go straight from the room to the spa downstairs :) The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has good beer and great pizza. Staff were nice. Room had a brilliant view of the mountains and was very luxurious. It was also helpful when they let us leave our bags at reception after checkout. One thing to consider is the hotel is up a steep hill which you'll have to walk. Bit tiring after a day of skiing but its manageable

Very poor service. Dont recomend at all.

Didn't get the reserved rooms, staff doesn't speak English, hard to access when it's snowing.

Great location (can be tricky to get there if snowing as its on the very steep hill)! Food was great, you can hire a ski / snowboards here also.

Excellent service and great personnel work here. Nice view from the rooms on Carpathian Mountains. Cozy rooms and good restaurant.
