Gorgany Nature Preserve

Very nice that you can literally touch the oldest trees in Carpathian Mountains. Being inside the forest gives you the feeling of your size.

One the most interesting and scenic ridges in Carpatians. Not so popular among casual one day hikers and group tourists, thus less populated and more calm and wild. Ridges are pretty steep and technical with lots of unstable rocks, which are pretty slippery when wet. But the views are perfect.

It's an amazing place. There are a lot nice mountains views. Highly recommended to visit

So beautiful, great for hiking and camping

Beautiful and wild mountains with only a few trails. I've been twice. Difficult off-road navigation. Gołoborza very difficult to walk. Especially after the rain. Sometimes you have to wade through a blackbird with a heavy backpack. There is also the problem of water, because it flows under the gravel pit and affects the area several dozen meters below. A useful whistle to be able to find yourself when someone leaves the camp into the forest. Recommend but takes some experience to go there.
