Good day. Recently I went to the store and looked at a very beautiful ring that I wanted to engage in but in the store it was not in lemon gold, so I decided to look at the site and found it. But unfortunately, we live beyond the boundary, so could not order a ring. We decided to ask the acquaintances to call Rakh at the store and asked them to order a 15.5-mm lemon gold ring into their store. It turned out that they said to the phone what they had in the store is my size but white gold and said that if something will force us to choose something else. I was very upset because we had to go back, and we would bring a new ring for a week. We were waiting in the store for about half an hour until they resolved this issue and finally ordered what I needed. The girls were generally incapable, the store was somebody (apparently the boss) who advised them what and how to do in such a situation, then it became clear that we do not necessarily sit in the store and that this issue could already be solved without us. I was shocked, it's so hard to just order what I need, I even knew the article and dictated to them. The girl called in another city in the Golden Age, and when I ordered a ring in lemon gold, and a couple of times I stressed that the size should be the smallest 15.5. And now, it's a great disappointment - we asked the friends to take the ring and bring us to another country - the ring was MADE in lemon gold, but the size is 16 !!!!!! I do not understand how it is possible, I have really long been so nervous. It's just that I really liked it, and I was happy with him, and for a couple of times this was a blunder. Why in our Ukraine somehow do everything through one place?!?!?! Please do something with that! I am very unhappy and never want to deal with the Golden Age.
