I bought in this store a bed with a mattress, 2 shoe cabinets, a hanger in the hallway, and a large chest of drawers. In the shoe cabinet, the plastic mechanism broke and the cover just fell off. The reason is that the plastic just crumbles, I assume that its quality is the same or it has cracked. Approximately 6 months have passed since the installation of the cabinet. I went to the store to have this part replaced. They refused to say that my fault, I did not correctly install it. I hoped that the part would be changed to me under warranty, but they did not do this and said that it costs 150 UAH. It's not about money, it's about service. I am extremely disappointed.
