In general ... there was one story, but in the end everything was decided by a simple phone conversation. Therefore, I am changing my review to positive. The moral is that if something is wrong in the store, just calmly ask for the director’s phone number - a simple, responsive person, you can immediately see what worries about your business and invests in it not just money, but also more important values.
