Neither the seller nor the hotline. Just breed people for extra money to buy! Employees refer to the fact that it is listed somewhere on the site. The contract, of course, is not given in print. I do not recommend this network to anyone! Money was pumped out

I bought a washing machine in the Eldorado store, the consultant offered to buy Absolute Protection insurance (the amount was UAH 3,674.98). They explained that if I do not use the warranty for three years, the money will be returned when buying other goods in this network. It's been three years, I go to the store, and I'm told that I had to go to the store before the end of this period and now no money will be returned to me. It seems that the consultants deliberately do not explain the conditions, but do not hesitate to withdraw more money from the buyer.
