I bought a handbag on 04/18/2019, when buying a consultant, I was assured that there could be no damage for a couple of years for sure, and that if something happened (but according to them they never had one) they would replace the handbag without any problems, as a result I reproached her a little more than two months, the handles of the bag were damaged, and this is a handbag for 6,000 thousand, there is absolutely no price-quality ratio, after I went to their store, they told me that they don’t know anything, and their consultant didn’t say anything like that, and in general, it is possible improper operation, to the question what must be correct operation they could not answer
