The cash register refuses to issue cash in the amount of less than UAH 50,000, while the ATM restricts the issuance of 30 bills at a time. Today the ATM issued 200 hryvnia notes! It takes a lot of time to get the right amount. Very dissatisfied with the service! P.S. They called me back with an apology and said that they had taken the remarks into account.

Very slow maintenance, a lot of unnecessary paper work, if you want to do a simple operation at the checkout can be with half an hour or even longer. To close the card you need to stand in line at the bank, then wait another 10 days to withdraw the balance that was on the card and still pay 30% commission, is it to cancel the card you need a month? In other banks, it takes two minutes through a personal account without a visit to the bank. Unrealistic bureaucratic bank!
