I agreed, since the site knew that the cost of the service - 300 UAH. But when I was issued a check, it stated not 300, but 500 UAH + (attention) 50 UAH for a hygiene lesson! Hygiene lesson - a doctor told an adult girl how to brush her teeth, what brush, etc., without warning that such a lesson is paid. I was shocked and did not come to the filling anymore. So, I can only judge the quality of services by cleaning (quite satisfactory), but they can know how to roll money on an equal place (as a health lesson) in the clinic. ------- Answer: The cost of a cleaning service at your clinic is not average. Even now, 3 years later, most clinics offer the same service at $ 100-150 cheaper. I believe that you have the right to set any price, BUT, you must inform the client of TRUE information about the price of the service. Your site is one of the main information resources that gives the customer an idea of ​​the services you provide and the prices for them. And untimely price updates are simply a crime against the consumer. Misleading as you yourself have admitted. And conducting a hygiene lesson without warning of its cost is a fraud. I am very sorry that at the time of receiving the service I was young and not confident enough to assert my rights. If such a situation were to occur now, I would not have left it. I'm still uncomfortable with this case and when it comes to imposing services, I will immediately mention "32 heroes". Therefore, I will return to your clinic except to collect the 250 UAH that I overpaid on my visit.

This advice should have been followed three years ago, of course. Now I found a specialist in Poland, they put a new device on me and started treatment in a new way. The first thing that shocked me was the price, it is slightly higher than 32 heroes. In a huge well-known network of clinics in Poland.
