I sincerely thank Dr. Feshchuk OI, anesthesiologist and the whole team of doctors for their professionalism, humanity, sincerity and kindness to my child. You are the best! We had to undergo a sedation procedure at the Prior Clinic on January 26, 2021. . We were interviewed, warned about all the possible consequences and impact of this procedure on the body. Nobody imposed this procedure on us or persuaded us. We decided everything ourselves. As for the cost of the treatment itself, we paid even less than was discussed at the consultation. Doctor Feshchuk OI is a real professional! In the future I will address only to her and I recommend to all. Concerning communication - the conclusion: ,, Be the person and people will reach out to you ,, - it is the answer to some comments like didn't look so, didn't speak so .... No one was rude to us at the reception, but they didn't smile playfully. Normal living people. There were remarks, as during the lockdown it was necessary to comply with sanitary norms and the remarks were essential. We were warned about the payment only in cash the day before the procedure. So they really have it. In general, very satisfied with the doctors of this clinic! Professionals really work here! We wish you health, a strong nervous system and prosperity! In the future - if necessary - only to you!

Aggression, manipulation, prejudice against the client, which is calculated by the card. Unpleasantly impressed by the approach to clients at the Prior Clinic. I recently had to go to the dentist and it so happened that I did not include one of the services in the bill. An hour after I left the clinic, they called me back and said that I had not paid 300 hryvnias for the photo. I looked at the check and really, there was no picture in the list, I said that I would come on Saturday and give the money. I was on business near the Prior on Friday and decided to give the money away. And here the main events unfold. I came to pay and it turned out that the terminal could not be paid, I had not yet thought about how I was directed across the road to an ATM, which is like "close", but to get to the other side you need to run to the crossing and back, I said that I do not have time for this and I will come with cash later, to which the woman, who did not introduce herself, but stood behind the reception (she was not dressed like other employees) began to say in a rude tone that they will not serve me and why I can't run to the ATM, and in general why I didn't see it myself on the first day, that there is no amount in the check for the photo. But I'm sorry, somehow it never occurred to me that the check for 975 hryvnias for the treatment of caries and filling (without channels) did not include a picture. As a decent person, I came to pay for a service that the clinic did not include in my check on the day of service, and I was still guilty. There was also a manipulation on the part of the receptionist that if I do not pay in cash immediately, the dentist who treated me will have problems. When I left the clinic, I was shouted at for drawing conclusions about me. I'm just shocked, I considered Prior one of the most prestigious clinics in Vinnytsia to this day. My husband paid for the photo in cash in the evening, I don't go to that clinic anymore and I don't advise those who read this review. For goodness sake, they had to be sent to the old man, but I did not want to be guilty of this viper. 2 stars, not one I put only thanks to the work of dentist Prisyazhny DO, I really liked being his patient, unfortunately, in the clinic "Prior" we will not meet again, because I'm not ready to spoil my nerves for their own money. By the way, if you pay by card in this clinic, you will be very dissatisfied and will say in a boorish tone that next time it was just cash. Basically I pay by card! After all, I pay for the service, which includes taxes, but, apparently, the clinic is not in a hurry to give them in favor of the state, in favor of those people who live and work honestly in this state.

For more than 5 years, the whole family has been treated in this clinic. And every time the same problem with paying for services. Although card payment is available and the terminal is operational, the girls at the front desk insist on paying in cash. Sometimes in a very incorrect manner, rolling his eyes and sighing heavily. To the question: "Why can't you pay by card?" usually answer "Well, okay! Come on!" For all 5 years, there has not been a single time that I did not have to insist on cashless payments. The last time they fooled my husband, telling him that there was no light, although all the equipment was working, they made him wait. And then they asked the doctor to persuade her husband to pay in cash. As a result, we spent more than an hour waiting, looking for an ATM and the way back. And while we were walking, we decided to change the clinic) As for doctors, there are different, both very professional and hack.

The teeth were treated for a gray son 3.6 years old. I liked everything very much. The doctors are professionals, they treated the child with high quality and carefully and calmed me down))) special thanks to our dentist Oksana Illivna Feschuk, a master of her craft) The clinic is good and the prices are adequate) The procedure itself is not easy, so do not be surprised at the price of anesthesia!
