During the day, they arrived, took measurements and installed the next day. We did everything as requested without damaging the facade in the new house

When I called to drive up to buy an air conditioner, they said that they say we don't need to go, and so we'll tell everything, even if I wanted to see a couple of models and that they were ready to put it on even now. Yes, they delivered it quickly, but when the guarantee was touched, I almost had to beg for someone to come, although not who did not come, they said that the wifi not working is not such an important problem, and Anton from technical support gave more questions than answers. On the installation, there are questions about the quality, no one cares about how to start a line just to make it easier and faster, plus no vibration spacers under the external block from which you will fall asleep with a rumble! I ordered Cooper Hunter air conditioning in the morning. An hour later, they called back and discussed the installation issue. A day later, 20 minutes late from the appointed time, the air conditioner arrived. After 2 hours, the air conditioner was installed, the warranty was issued, the remote control and instructions were handed. Blowing, chilling, happy wife, what else is needed? Thank you guys.
