We have already ordered three Magik sofas (one - at the end of 2017, even then there was a warehouse-office on Garmatnaya, and here are two sofas - at the beginning of 2021) The quality is excellent. Manager Galina picked up the fabric from a viber photo and got 99% color колір (the fabric with which the very first sofa was ordered was taken out of production, I had to choose another color, because all the sofas are in one room. I wanted it to look like a set). In general, the manager is very grateful for the advice and participation. Timely and detailed answers. Pleasantly pleased with the proposed discount as regular customers. The sofas were prepared in 3 weeks, brought in the agreed time, which we agreed in advance. Cheerful and polite guys collected everything well in 20 minutes. This is my third purchase of furniture from this factory. And in total we have 4 sofas and all serve perfectly! The "oldest" sofa is already 6 years old and there are no complaints about it Thank you store and managers for a good job!

I ordered furniture for the entire three-room apartment. It took five. years old. The bed with a non-removable mattress was out of order in three! of the year! The springs have come out, it's impossible to sleep. I have a weight of 53 kg! There are corner sofas in the living room and study - the same story. If you need furniture for a maximum of three years, welcome to the factory. I ordered it directly from the factory. Not good quality. Think before buying.

I ordered a sliding chair "Owl" with extra pillows, without seeing the tissues live due to quarantine. I liked the conversation with the manager, she explained everything in detail as many times as I needed. I sent a photo of fabrics in daylight and I managed to choose and not to be mistaken with the color. Thanks to the manager! The chair was made faster than I expected. They brought, we checked everything, everything is in place. The quality is very good, the chair extends easily and conveniently, there is a box for linen. Separately, I want to note the guys who delivered. They called in advance in the morning, said the time interval was 1 hour, and it was during this period that they arrived. They also called 20 minutes before arrival, they informed us that they were already coming to us. Many thanks! And for the chair, which we are happy for the service!

Thanks to the Vika factory for the quality furniture. I bought a bed Nota - I liked it very much. Thanks to the trade manager Galina for help in choosing the necessary bed for my requirements, for advice and advice on the selection of colors and equipment. By the way, the orthopedic mattress for this bed was also purchased from the Vika factory. The choice is huge and the prices are very reasonable. It is difficult to figure it out on your own. but the manager Galina explained everything about the pros and cons of different options. The choice was only mine. Three months ago I also bought a Bukovel sofa from the Vika factory. In a huge selection of colors and quality gamut (which especially affects the cost) of the cover of the sofa itself and pillows, again, it was not without full and high-quality consultations from the manager Galina. I was very pleased with the terms of payment (various options are possible) and the terms of production of the ordered goods. Usually a little faster than promised. This is very encouraging. In the future, I want to buy another sofa for the living room of the same factory, because I am very satisfied with the quality.
