I can't receive the shipment for a few days. Queue of 13 people +/- every day (morning and evening). The general queue for payment of utilities and receipt / dispatch of parcels. Just awful !!! You need to stand in line for about an hour. Hire 1 more person.

Excellent service and responsible service. A good cozy repair makes a nice impression. Staff are polite and qualified. Branch location is quite good. The office serves a large part of the Old Town. There are usually queues and a bit to wait, but not critically. There are several places to wait. The room is clean. In the cool season - warm.

Parcels arrive - they do not notify the recipient, you have to constantly run around asking .. One person works, nobody is in place. Waited an hour while sorting mail to ask. Relate, snort. In the afternoon, the lines are large. This area definitely needs one more mail ... ukrposhta has worked out for a long time, the service is not very to say the least, the system is old ...
