I have been following Arpal for a long time, so I collected money and decided to buy a shredder by ordering it on the website by February 14. When they called, they did not pick up the phone. They called me back and I was out of the zone. I call "zero" again. For three days no one called back. I called after the end of the promotion and here they say that the promotion does not work for me, and although I left the order earlier - do not expect a discount, "it's my fault." The problem is no longer in that money (a thousand or two), but in the situation! Why powder people's brains with actions that don't really work ?! Once again, he made sure that there were few [honest] sellers in Ukraine.

Kryvyi Rih, management company TOV "Tsentrobud". We serve 70 many apartment buildings. We use ARPAL BD80. We are very satisfied with the cost-effectiveness, easy transportation, productivity, breakage resistance, ease of use. Approximately 2 years of use. Breakage: 1 wheel due to rough terrain. Knives - damaged due to the worker's carelessness (Metal wire hit with wood). The bag attachment is convenient. I think that 2 years is a good period without breakdowns. When they bought it, they expected it to take a year of intensive work before being repaired. On this we are pleasantly surprised. We're going to take another, more powerful model. Thank you!
