I am married with Ukrainian and legally staying Ukraine for more than one year as a housewife. We planned our anniversary trip to Poland and they refused to give a visa because I am not a student or not working in Ukraine ???? Excuse me! if foreigners who married with Ukrainians will never ever get a chance to travel around ? Don't waste your money to get visa if you are a housewife or jobless. Great job! Hope Poland has a better future.

There is no chance to make an appointment to apply for a Pole's Card. Registration takes place only by phone (every Monday from 9:00 am). Saving is bordering on a miracle. The number is busy for an hour or no one is picking up the phone. - There's no way I can get through. At about 10:00 a.m., the lady starts answering the phone and every now and then nothing else but "no free terms, please call the next Monday". We live in the 21st century. Maybe you should make an online registration like in Lviv? Or maybe registration by email? Lack of competence and lack of respect for people. Greetings.

The worst Polish consulate in Ukraine. Every person with Polish origin has the right to obtain the Pole's Card, but has no chance. For years, there has been a problem with registering for an interview, and nobody can do anything about it. Shame.

Good day. I want to report about the bad and terribly rude service in the General Consultation Common things of Poland in the city of Vinnitsa, which is located on Owodowa 51 Street. Bad opinion is the rude behavior of a consulate employee to refuse to accept documents (she is not familiar with the rules of accepting documents). to questions (speaks) and throws documents. I witnessed similar behavior to other people. She did not introduce herself as an employee of the consulate, therefore I cannot give her name and surname. In addition, no employee has an ID. The situation happened on 01/09/2020 at 09: 55- 10:20 in window number 3 (a woman with long brown hair) I behave inappropriately, it is not helpful, ignored the matter, does not provide any information on documents, she only replies that she doesn't know anything and that's not her problem. He has racist views. Hence the question: Why do such 'persons' continue to work in such establishments? The complaint applies only to the employee mentioned above. I have no complaints about the rest of the employees.
