The reception is inadequate, they come to work to poke around in their phones instead of working. The queues are kilometer long. They shout at people who are standing in artificially created lines. Calling them is also useless, they do not pick up the phone or drop them. Where the head doctor is looking is not clear ...

Clinic and hospital - heaven and earth. In the clinic you can die of waiting. If you didn’t manage to take a ticket (didn’t know about such a need) - the doctor will not accept today. It’s cold in the corridor of the clinic, the waiting benches are uncomfortable. Some doctors are particularly rude. The course of medical ethics and deontology apparently passed them at the university. In a hospital, they "take" more warmly. Doctors and nurses are helpful and attentive. The wards are surprisingly warm. They are fed hearty. The purchase of individual drugs falls on the shoulders of patients. Of course, the dispensary requires good funding. This applies to both the appearance of buildings and material support.
